The operating sector has received requests for resources from outside its borders, with the exception of resources used for normal day-to-day operations that will be obtained through existing agreements for the exchange or supply of certain types of facilities and services on a refundable, interchangeable or other basis, in accordance with the Master Mutual Aid Agreement. The Master Mutual Aid Agreement establishes a formal structure in which each jurisdiction retains control over its own institutions, staff and resources, but can also maintain or support other jurisdictions within the state. .
